Interview
I applied through my school's job site. The interview consisted of two back-to-back 30 minute interviews. The first was all behavioral questions. The second consisted of more technical questions. The first interviewer was nice and extremely personal. However, the second was condescending and somewhat rude. They did feel it was important that I have experience in retail.
