Interview
Went through on-campus recruiting and only had to do one 2-part interview. The first was a case study where you had to analyze 4 different store associates and choose which one you would coach, why, and how. The second part was a basic behavioral interview.

Say you don't believe in opening too many credit cards. How would you sell the Macy's card to customers?
Two 30 minute interviews with two different managers back to back. Learn how to sell yourself and what makes you unique and you’ll do great. Both were very helpful with answering questions.
2 interviews each 30 min; application was not hard and interviews was divided between two people; one interview was Focused on technical stuff and one was personal experience. Overall not a strenuous process and knew within 2 weeks.
