Interview
I was interviewed by another department manager because the Manager that I would be working for was off. I was asked if I would mind waiting for The Manager to call me on either Sunday or Monday. I was told that I would be a great fit and enjoyed my interview. Well, that was a week ago and have heard nothing. I would have liked to gotten a phone call saying that the position was filled. I' m still waiting.

Question 1
What I did at my previous job and as we talked she said I would be great and knew what Macy's was looking for.
Interviews in person, spoke with 2 members of management. It took 20-30 minutes total and I was given a tour of the offices and call center. I was then contacted a few days later to give me the offer.

Interview
Interviewed for a part time job during Christmas and eventually was hired on full time as pricing associate, then a shoe stock associate and then to receiving team lead. I was never interviewed for the other positions and just placed there.
