Overall the interview was okay. I had given interview two times at Macy's. For the first time, I did not get the job offer due to limited time availability. Then, the second time I did get the job and also the interviewer was much more easier than the first time.

Honestly, one of the worst interview experiences I have had. I applied to Macy’s South Coast Plaza, and after passing the online interview, they called and told me to arrive at 1:00 pm. I got there at 1 pm, and was instructed to wait in the back room until the manager was “ready”. I waited for 30 minutes before the manager appeared. She had an attitude that immediately told me she didn’t respect her employees or their time. She had been sitting in her office, which was 5 feet away from where I was the whole time, and gave no explanation as to why I was made to wait for 30 minutes. Once the interview started, she asked two questions, then was like “okay, thank you” and ended the interview after like 10 minutes. I gave solid answers to her “tell me about yourself” and “have you had previous experience in sales” questions, and gave her plenty of room to ask follow-up questions, but she seemed completely disengaged without a good reason.
