Interview
It's a two day interview process, consisting of a retail math test (easy!! they give you formulas), a case interview based on retail scenario, a panel of current buyers and planners, and 2 back to back behavioral interviews. Everyone was soooo nice! The whole process is very exhausting though because it's a two day long interview process.

Interview
The final interview was about analyzing Macy's website and identifying what they can improve. They want to hear new perspectives and constructive criticism. The interviewee was a random Macy's employee who had the questions laid out by Macy's HR Team, I believe.
