They jut asked me if I knew math and how to use Microsoft Office. It was a one on one interview and I had applied for any position but got offered an analyst position because I was a math major in college. Manager was straight forward saying that the job would be tough and definitely not to be thought of as a summer job.

Pretty straight forward first you meet with HR then you meet with your manager who ask pretty much all personality questions and then you would meet with a higher up manger (VP) and they would ask more situational and about certain achievements.

The most difficult question was how I would distribute my creative skills and my analytical skills and tell when they have both been at their best and when they have both been at their worst. You will have to talk about your weaknesses so be prepared for those questions.
