Applied online and received an interview invite. When I arrived, the supervisor seemed surprised to see me and said she had nothing available and didn't know why they had that job posted. I figured I was wasting my time but interviewed anyhow. She said something might come up at the end of the month. I wrote this one off but surprisingly, they called and offered me the position. I've enjoyed working there so far but as a flex employee the hours are dreadful. Last week I got a grand total of four.

Was easy and comfortable. I had met the interviewer before and she remembered me. She asked me about my availability and the support questions. Told me about the position and what I would be doing. Flex positions are mainly "on call" position but I still took it since I have been wanting to work for Macy's for a long time. I'm going through the background check process right now and cannot wait for my first day.
