Experience is good. Pretty straight behavioral question. The asked me the question How you handle when there is too many customer ? Then surprisingly told me we will contact you later.

Interview
Very straightforward, asked me about my customer services roles. They want to see if you are someone who is likely to deliver superior customer service. Show that you are a happy and outgoing person and everything should work out fine.
