the panel was made up of fiver gentle man i.e Financial director, management accountant, the financial accountant ,the human resource manager and the production manager.I was given a warm welcome remarks by the panel leader and l was given an opportunity to introduce myself and they all asked me different questions ,and l was also given an opportunity to ask them questions therefore the interview process was so interactive and fair
