First interview was online and not difficult, but the psychometric test was very difficult and tough to "pass", If you don't answer it the way they want you to answer you will not get into the final interview.

Panel Interview with HR where they simply get to know you, then Psychometric testing and then a presentation to 4 partners based on an assigned topic 48 hours before. All in all not an easy process, but definitely rewarding.
