Interview
The interview starts with a conversation with MYOB's talent acquisition team. In this stage, candidates discuss their motivations for joining, learn more about the role, and understand the working culture at MYOB. This step also assesses the basic alignment of the candidate's skills with the job requirements.
Had a phone interview with hiring manager. Then had to do a take home test. Then a video call with team to go over test and other behavioral questions. Overall a positive experience

Interview
The first round of interviews was very relaxed and easy as it was mostly behavioral. There was a coding test after the first round.
The second-round interview was more technical. Though I submitted my coding challenge with the unit test, they are really BIG on TDD. There was a live screen share and code changes were requested during the interview.
