They asked me to describe some of the previous projects I’d performed inspections for in my previous roles.
I applied through other source. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at MCFA (Haddonfield, NJ) in Oct 2022
Interview
I reached out to CEO (small business), who set up an interview with a recruiter. The recruiter was very helpful and informed me that multiple project leads might be interested in taking me on and that the hiring process required three interviews. Interviewed first with one project lead and then conducted a final interview with a CEO/owner and support staff. After a two-month process, I was ghosted.
