I had a really positive interview experience with Lyrebird Health. I progressed to the cross-functional round, where I had the opportunity to meet team members across engineering, including the Head of Engineering, as well as representatives from product design and customer support. It gave me a well-rounded view of how the team collaborates, which I appreciated.
Everyone I met throughout the process was approachable, thoughtful, and genuinely pleasant to speak with. The culture came across as supportive and collaborative.
I’d also like to give a big thanks to the talent partner, who was especially empathetic and communicative. She kept me consistently updated at every stage and made the whole process feel smooth and respectful.
Unfortunately, I understand that due to restructuring or headcount constraints, they were unable to proceed further with my application. That said, I still really appreciate the experience and the time the team invested.
Overall, a great interview process with a team that clearly values people.

Call with talent partner. Take home task 3-4 hours backend health clinic api. 1 hour interview with other engineers doing a demo of the task as well as answering technical questions and communicating past experiences. The engineers didnt seem to understand what the task being demoed was in scope or requirement though.
