The job was advertised on the Seek website. I sent a simple cover letter to the provided email and I heard back from them about a week later asking me to come to an interview. It was a small group interview run by two really friendly staff members. They asked us to fill out a simple questionnaire with standard questions about why we want to work there and also questions about flowers. Then we were shown how to wrap a simple bouquet and were asked to wrap one ourselves. In the end we had a chance to ask them questions. It's important to ask at least one question to show that you're interested. I got a call back about 2 weeks later asking me if I was still interested in the job. The interview took about 15 mins.
