Typical interview process in tech. Several rounds, take home model/presentation, final panel. But super super disorganized. Due to the recruiter. Also sounds like a really intense work environment. Long hours, low pay. Made it to final rounds but they ended up hiring someone in another country. They wouldn't give feedback

Initial Recruiter Screening, Phone Interview with Hiring Manager, In-Person Interview with Hiring Manger, 4-5 Hour Use Case Exercise, Panel Presentation of Use-Case Findings. The Recruiters and coordinators are excellent, friendly and keep you informed throughout the whole process.
