Mission: HubSpot, Inc. helps millions of organizations grow better.
I have been working at HubSpot full-time (More than 3 years)
I've been at HubSpot now for almost 4 years and there's nowhere else I've even thought about working in that time. Why? HubSpot is a great place to work. I feel like I'm valued. I have a lot of autonomy in how and when and where I work. I feel strongly about the mission of the company. All in all, I'm extremely happy here.
As the company grows, scaling communication and decision making becomes more difficult. Luckily, it's something that's top of mind for many people who are working to make communication easier and better.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at HubSpot in November-2017.
One 3h test to check if you know how to develop and one 2h30 call with a team, where you competences are checked from a architectural point and some code.
Not sure what you want to do when you graduate? Have you thought about a career in sales, especially in tech? When you think about someone who works in sales, do you picture cheesy car salesmen or annoying cold calls? We're not about that life, so forget what you think you know about sales.
Like most things at HubSpot, we take an inbound approach to selling. How? By transforming sales to match the way people shop and buy today. Learn more at our free event at HubSpot's HQ in Cambridge, MA: Demystifying a Career in Sales. RSVP throguh the link here:
