I applied online. I interviewed at Lyft (Nashville, TN) in Apr 2017
Interview
the interview process was relaxed. First all the potential employees met in a room and were given an overview of the company. We were then given 3 questions to ask each other and had to tell each others story. We then went into a 'speed date' style interview with 3 other people.

Question 1
Name a time when you felt you went above and beyond for a customer.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Lyft (Nashville, TN) in Jan 2017
Interview
I was first contacted through email to set up a phone interview. The phone interview took around 10 minutes and it was just to discuss my background and talk about the position a little bit. We set up the first on-site interview on the phone.
The on-site interview was a lot of fun because you started with several different people. We watched a video about the company and just talked for a little bit before breaking off into separate rooms for "speed dating" style interviews, which were super cool because you got to talk to multiple people and learn more about the company. After that, we did a small exercise on computers pretending to email customers and/or drivers about their comments or concerns. I was later contacted through email to set up a follow-up interview.
During the follow-up, I was asked to go through two different scenarios on the phone: one for the Customer Experience Team and one for the Critical Response Line. I then talked to two more people and was offered the job the next day. Overall, this was the most fun interview process I have ever been through!
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Lyft (Nashville, TN) in Dec 2016
Interview
The process is a 3 step process. First, a get to know you call. Second and third were in person interviews in the office. There was also a mock phone call activity in the final interview.
