I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Luna Park Sydney (Sydney) in Nov 2017
Interview
Fun process, more like a theatre audition that a job interview. Group interviews before being split off into smaller groups as they filtered the group until you are offered the role.
Easy interview
Application
I applied online. I interviewed at Luna Park Sydney (Sydney) in Oct 2021
Interview
Average interview, group followed by individual. Was a very unique group interview where they made you do things in teams. Just had to be extroverted to pass that. The individual was quite chill as well. Vary basic questions.

Question 1
When did you face a difficult customer in your previous job?
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Luna Park Sydney (Sydney)
Interview
3 stage interview process. After sending in a resume, you will receive an email for the next stages of the application process which is held at the actual location of Luna Park. First stage I would describe as an 'audition'. You will be required to take part in a variety of activities (mainly group), to showcase your creativity and collaboration with others. Afterwards, people are chosen straight away and told whether or not they will move on to the next stage of the application process. Based on your performance in the first stage, they give you a card which states which department they think would suit you. Stage 2 is a one-on-one interview with a manager from that department. Only a few basic questions are asked, some of which are tailored to the department they've chosen for you. If you've made it to the last stage, it is just formality with a presentation and pretty much guarantees that you've received a role, most likely in the department they chose for you on the card.
