They asked about simple interview questions, nothing spectacular. Like spring, hibernate, concurenccy, design patterns, kafka, differences between micro and mono architecture, java in general. If you go through standard questions you'll pass.

First step online tests then. Excel german and English writing tests in the office in Kraków. German was difficult . Excel was medium and English really easy. Then interview via phone with native german speaker. Then interview in the office with HR and manager. I didnt go because I have got better offer, Lufthansa in krakow seem to pay very little.
