3 rounds. First round with recruitment, checking English language level, IT expreience, summary of the position. Second round technical one, but rather a thinking together atmosphere than answering lexical questions. Third round discussing the position detailed, focusing on team fit.

I interviewed for a Senior QA Engineer position and went through a single technical/skills round.
✅ What went well:
The recruiter was responsive and professional throughout the process. Communication was clear, timely, and respectful. Scheduling was smooth and I was well-informed about what to expect going into the round.
📋 The Interview Process:
The process consisted of one technical round focused on QA skills and domain knowledge. Questions were relevant to the role and covered areas expected for a senior-level position. The interviewer was professional and the session was conducted in a structured manner.
⚠️ Area for Improvement:
After the interview, I was informed that I was not selected, however no feedback was provided on my performance. For a senior-level role, constructive feedback would go a long way in helping candidates understand where they stood and what could be improved. This is something many companies overlook but candidates genuinely value.
