Interview
The IQ test should not be a part of the process because it is not suitable measure coding skills or the potential of a software developer. An IQ test does not accurately reflect my coding abilities or problem-solving skills relevant to the job.
The selection process consisted of two rounds of interviews, each conducted on a separate platform. Additionally, candidates were required to complete an IQ test. This IQ test was administered online and allowed candidates to utilize the internet during the test. This approach aimed to assess not only the candidates' raw intelligence but also their ability to find and apply information effectively, mirroring real-world scenarios where access to information is readily available.
