I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at LogicSource (Vancouver, BC) in Sep 2024
Interview
Went through two rounds of interviews. One with a supervisor and then for some reason a 2nd round with what would have been a peer.
Was confused by the reasoning for being interviewed by a peer.
The first interview went very well. I felt I had good rapport with the supervisor and was quickly booked for the 2nd interview.
Again, oddly, the 2nd round was done by what would have been a peer in the same role. It was obvious from the start that this person had decided that I was not a fit and as such did not get the position which I was perfectly qualified for.
