A screening with HR and then two rounds of interviews. Conversational interview with behavioral and professional experience questions. Each interview was thirty minutes long and whole process took around 2-3 weeks.

Very thorough interview process including multiple interviews by LogicSource associates and clients. The company is very selective and careful to hire people who will thrive in the demanding environment - especially when the individuals will sit on-site at clients. Employees must assimilate not only to the LogicSource culture but also that of the client/s they will serve.
