Interview
The first round of the interview was conducted via video and lasted about 30 minutes. The primary focus of the phone screen was to assess the candidate's previous roles, responsibilities, and relevant experience. The interviewer asked a series of questions to understand the candidate's professional background and how it aligned with the position being offered.
3-4 rounds of interviews with various levels of management. The follow up on results of interviews never happened and eventually I gave up. They seem very disorganized to be effective in the insurance space

Phone call through teams. The interviewer was very transparent and easy to talk to. I appreciated the relaxed vibe and full responses to questions I had. It seemed like he was aware of the reviews on glassdoor
