Interview
Had a phone screen with a woman for Lockheed Martin Halifax. She conducted the most unprofessional interview I've ever had. Her mic was terrible quality, and she got increasingly angry every time I misunderstood what she was saying. She made personal and rude comments about me when I struggled to give in depth answers about capstone projects I completed many years ago.
I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin in May 2021
Interview
Remote interview process. There was a general zoom meeting where recruiters get debriefing of the company and can ask questions of the position. Afterwards there was a one on one interview where I talked with the manager about past experiences, used the STAR method to explain my actions and thoughts.
