Got a mail from the Lionbridge HR team and I responded to the mail with my application. I got a call within two days. An aptitude test was scheduled first in which there were questions on general english, logic and maths (much like banking exams but somewhat simpler). At the end of the test I was asked to write 200 words on a given topic and give a heading to it. Then there was an HR interview in which I was asked to describe my previous experience and all such details as notice period, salary expectations, willingness to work in shifts. In the interview I was told to explain in detail my previous experience. My previous work profile was not in anyway related to the position on offer. But I was confident in my communication and they liked this. Then they explained the role that I would need to perform in Lionbridge and asked me if i had any experience in project management and client management, I didnt have any. Seems by the time they asked about project and client management they had already decided to hire me as HR asked me to stay back for salary negotiation. Barring the aptitude test I found the interviews very easy.
