Anonymous Interview Candidate
I applied online. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at LinkedIn in Oct 2022
Very long - first resume screening, then a take-home excel test, recruiter phone screen, one case interview, followed by a full day of interviews (1 case, 1 group case, 1 presentation interview, and 2 behavioral interviews).
- Tech trends I am interested in, questions about using data to solve problems, etc.

Anonymous Interview Candidate in New York, NY
I applied online. I interviewed at LinkedIn (New York, NY) in Mar 2021
Since the SOAR program is meant for new grads who graduated from university within the last 12 months, they care more about your soft skills than yourSupposed to be recruiter screen, then excel test and case study.
- What was one time you had to think outside the box?

Anonymous Employee in San Francisco, CA
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at LinkedIn (San Francisco, CA) in Mar 2021
Applied with a referral, had HR screening, completed take-home Excel test, did a case interview, and then had a final round with 4 interviews (case, presentation, behavioral, group case), then had a final check-in call from recruiter before receiving an offer a few days later. It all took a little over a month, was very smooth, and everyone was so nice, friendly, and funny. I found the case interviews a bit easier than traditional consulting interviews because they are about LinkedIn, so I prepared a lot ahead of time.
- What are 3 trends in Tech that you are following?
