I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at LinkedIn (Dublin, Dublin) in Feb 2020
Interview
A casual Screening phone call with a Recruiter. Followed by a Meeting with Hiring Manager, followed by a panel interview with a presentation and competency based questioning. It was a thorough but fair process throughout.
3 in total, screening with the recruiter, competency based questions with the hiring manager then a 90 minute panel interview, which consisted of a presentation about you the candidate, a case study scenario, mock discovery and some more competency questions.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at LinkedIn (Kuala Lumpur) in Aug 2024
Interview
Nice HR recruiter. But the hiring manager is the worst human ever. He introduced himself as someone who was "passionate" about coaching people. But he is the most condescending and even making fun of my current employer, I was screaming internally to end the interview after 15 minutes in. I can't imagine for someone who needs to report to him.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at LinkedIn (Bengaluru)
Interview
4 Step interview starting with a recruiter round and ending with a presentation round. Behavioural interiew questions and recommended STAR method to answer questions. These are not stress interviews and try to play to the candidate's strength
