The recruiter reached out through LinkedIn - a screening call with both the hiring manager and the recruiter - A coding round - a case study ( build a dashboard ) - and a behavior interview (company culture alignment matters) - the whole process took 3 months. I do feel like I have wasted my time and energy for this role and let go of some offers I was made by other companies but overall it was fair - the recruiter does give feedback.
