Interview
At least 4 interviews, some which felt they had no purpose and were held with random leadership members. Hiring manager was volatile and unkind, providing no clarity around the scope of the role nor the vision for its impact. First two interviews were 1-1, then a panel, then the CEO. The only meaningful conversation was with one of the 1-1s who no longer works there. (She was also the only other POC on staff)
