Link-Systems International interview questions

The interview is fairly informal. The main portion consists of a basic English/grammar assessment. Your performance on the assessment seems to be the biggest determining factor in whether you will be hired. They also asked for a copy of my college transcripts.

The company sends you an invitation to take a test in your subject area of expertise. Then, based on test scores, the company makes an offer to join the tutoring team. If interested, the tutor receives instructions to complete a few quick sessions with quizzes on pedagogy and best practices. Once complete, the tutor coordinator invites you to a practice tutoring session. The session is reviewed and discussed. The last step is setting up technical specs on your personal computer.
