Interview
The whole process was unprofessional and disgraceful, but more so when I reached the final stage and met with Savvas. Savvas asked me if I regretted having my child at a young age and if I could, would I go back and 'change my decision'. Highly unprofessional and I don't understand what that line of questioning has to do with my ability to do the role. He proceeded to eat a sandwich throughout the whole interview, speak to members of his team off camera who were passing by and use random camera filters (balloons, happy birthday banners) throughout, I am unsure if this was a technique to put me off or what, but it was all so strange. He told me he thought I was more than capable of doing the job, but with not changing my life after having my child and deciding instead to take time off work, he didn't believe I had enough get up and go. I left the interview and cried I felt so belittled.

Interview
People who interviewed me were really nice and professional, they gave me all the info about the role, the Company and the interview process. They asked me about my experience and promised to come back with a feedback in the next days. The day after I was invited to the next step, a technical home assignment. I did it over the weekend and spent 4 hours on it, the max time allowed to do it. Then I waited for a feedback for 7 days. I sent a follow up email to ask for a feedback and they replied with a generic email "after careful consideration, we have decided not to move forward with your candidacy for this role". From my prospective it's really frustrating and disappointing as I don't know what I did wrong and how I can improve next time.

Interview
The person conducting the interview did not turn up, I have waited an hour on Zoom. Then she said that she messed up the time zones, which was not true as I did wait there even longer. The rescheduled interview went well, which resulted in confirmation of going to the next step of completing a test. Test day came, the interviewer did not respond again. I waited an hour, but nothing... Extremely unprofessional HR personnel. I have never experienced such disrespectful behaviour. Probably this reflects the company itself as well.
