Handled by CEO who made verbal commitments about roles and responsibilities, duties, etc. After agreeing to negotiate there was a take it or leave it statement with threat to withdraw the offer. Having turned down other opportunities it was accepted reluctantly based on the promises for profit sharing, bonuses, etc.
