Liberty Source PBC interview questions

Phone Interview. About 30 mins. More of a behaviorally interview than them asking you about hard skill, questions samples include "how have you impacted.... how did you overcome...". If prepared, interview process is very easy. Only one interview, then acceptance call after.

They will pull your application/resume and then they will give you a call to offer position if selected through interview process. Then they will schedule a interview. Once at interview, you will be asked several questions just as any other company does during their interview process. If they feel you are a good fit for position, they will make an offer. If you accept you could start within 2-3 days after interview.
