Liberty Mutual Insurance Associate Claims Representative - Workers Compensation interview questions

I came upon a posting on Indeed and applied for this position. To my recollection, the online application was somewhat tedious. There were several prompts to complete and a run of the mill "personality assessment." You are also asked to complete a skills assessment. This assessment is comprised of answering multiple choice questions that are mostly math/algebra word problems, while simultaneously monitoring a mock Outlook inbox and then answering questions about the contents of emails and voicemails (e.g. "what day of the week did Bill move the bi-weekly analyst meetings to?") The whole thing felt really juvenile and somewhat patronizing. At any rate, I was contacted via email to schedule a phone interview within the next few days. I live in Chicago, and I did have reservations applying as an out-of-state candidate as the opening was in Portland, OR, but my professional background is in legal support at firms that handle WC, so I thought I was a strong candidate for the position. The phone interview was extremely cursory, and the HR rep I spoke with sounded disengaged and like she'd rather be doing anything other than interviewing prospective employees. I was told to expect a response within five days. Days went by, then weeks, and I never received any correspondence from them. It's been about 3 months since I first applied now, and I was never issued a rejection, but they definitely do mail me auto insurance flyers now.
