Interview
The interview process is very long. You start with a phone interview and screening. Then you have a 1 on 1 interview with a Branch Manager. Then you do atleast 1-2 job shadows with experienced reps. Followed by another 1 on 1 with the Branch Manager where you do a sales presentation. If you get past this point you will have a final interview with the Area Manager, who then makes a recomendation to the Branch Manager as to whether or not to extend an offer.

Question 1
You will be grilled about your contacts and knowledge of the surrounding business community.
The interview was probably one of the worst interviews I have ever had. It was over the phone. The interviewer called and had a very thick accent which was hard to understand. Her line had a lot of static and it sounded like there was a fan blowing through the line. She had to hang up and call me back and the connection was still pretty
