I had a phone interview with a HR rep, we discussed my resume etc. Interviewed in person w/ 2 supervisors and a team lead, sat with a team lead to job shadow. They asked questions like " what is the sales cycle", "what is your sales style?" etc. They conduct a background check before making an offer. No drug test.

Over the phone, simple interview nothing too complex. He asked why I want to work for them, how do I feel about commission pay? what is my current position? How many years of sales experience do I have ?

How many policies do I sell in a week with my current company?
Pretty standard interview. Not difficult at all. Be prepared. Act natural and be yourself. During the interview they explained their interview experience and their time at the company. They also showed how passionate they were about the company.
