I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Liatrio in Nov 2025
Interview
One interview with a recruiter followed by an interview with two delivery principals. These were fairly easy but that’s because they backload the entire interview process with a delivery presentation. You are given access to a slack channel and provide postings each day for a week or longer then develop a deck presentation for delivery. The sample is very weak and non descriptive. Overall it was a lot of work for nothing. They had little interaction on slack it was obvious they were only going thru the motions. They never read my presentation and when it came time to present they weren’t interested in it at all and instead went off into tangents based on things I submitted. Total waste of time. Mean spirited attitude. Your peers decide whether you’re hired or not. Hiring manager is hands off. So it’s all about fitting in and making sure you don’t come across smarter than they are.
