Interview
Extremely easy, was told I would be contacted on Monday (I had my second interview Friday) but was never contacted. I called twice and also attempted to email but was never contacted.

Interview
I applied through LinkedIn. Immediately the next day, I received a phone call about the interview offer. The person setting up the interview seemed overwhelmingly friendly. She said I had the perfect qualities for the job. I knew that was a lie because I’d never had experience in the field. Her fake pay offer was $20-$25 per hour. I’m no fool. My degree pays $14-16 per hour. DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE WASTING TIME!

Interview
1st round interview was relatively short. Kind of a meet and greet to get some company info and make sure the position seemed like a good fit. 2nd round was maybe a half hour and they explained the management training program, how to get promoted, pay, hours, etc. Very thorough. 3rd round was a quick phone call and I got an offer! Really liked the transparent approach.
