Job description not well defined. Interviews were spaced out by several weeks. They want 1 person running the show. Position could consist of issuing security clearance, reviewing previously issued clearance and determining if it should be revoked, to troubleshooting a printer, to working as hotel or restaurant staffat multiple locations, to building the company from beginner stages, helping them become and maintain PCI compliance, writing guidelines and policies & procedures for multiple aspects. It seemed very chaotic. The phone interview was almost 2hrs long and it was mostly the recruiter trying to explain everything they wanted this role to do. It seemed like multiple positions thrown into 1. She asked what my compensation would be and I advised of my current salary and advised I'd expect more than current, the response I got was "it's around that amount". She said she'd reach out the next week and didn't for over a month just to give a skills test with real life scenarios and 6 open ended questions that had to be returned within 48hrs. It took 7 wks before she advised I wasn't selected for another interview.
