Legacy Team Promotions interview questions

Wasn't really much of an interview, I lived a distance away so I had to commute 45 minutes just to get there. Their office wasn't much to look very dinky and tiny as hell, and there were two other applicants applying as well. I let them look at my resume which was mostly just tech stuff, what they were really interested in was that I could talk to people. After just glancing over my skills all they did was just hype me up for job, excited to make "boatloads of money", and the guy interviewing me was the President of the company. He was all bragging about his Bentley parked outside (probably from all the people he scammed out of their money or ripped off employees). Basically they hype you up for sales which is a extremely hard career to get into, everyone brags about how much money they make, and I should have seen all the red flags. Don't fall for any of their bs, my advice is to run the other way, and run far and fast.

The pay is incredibly ridiculous. I normally don’t do reviews but I told myself that if I can save someone else the time and energy I will! First of all.. I spoke with a lady about coming in for an interview for a MANAGEMENT position. I told her I would be traveling from a city an hour away! And she said ok great. Set up the interview for the following day. I got to the interview and spoke with the “President” and he asked some cliché interview questions. I asked about pay and he said the second interview will explain that. Odd? He set me up for a second interview which would be same day 30 minutes later.. but it required me to drive more. 20 MORE minutes away to be exact. I pull up to a retail store! And was like what? I thought it would be an office but no. Anyway the guy is dressed in a extremely wrinkled suit and hair all over his head. I knew when I got there something was off but seeing him was confirmation. He went on this spill and asked questions and said next he would show me what it is he does. (Stopping people in the freakin stores!!!!) Before leaving the seated area he asked if I had any questions. I said yes and politely asked what range does this position pay just to cut to the chase because the job is already not what was described on the application so to cut the bull, I asked. He still didn’t tell me and said that would be discussed in the last portion of the interview. I waited. I went through all the bull and drove 2 and a half hours sat through a bogus interview for a job that was explained properly on the application and job description for them to wait till the very end and say the pay will be $8.00!!!! I don’t think I’ve ever been so disgusted in my life. I have a killer resume full of experience. I asked to confirm if this was a management position and he said yes, it just takes time to get there. Which is a year at the least!!! I explained to him that NO ONE will drive an hour to and an hour from work for $8.00 an hour. Hear me please when I say... DON’T WAIST YOUR TIME! This was time, gas and brain cells that I CANT GET BACK! I feel that this company owes me!!
