Interview
Three rounds. Phone Call, two in person interviews. The phone call was a screen, fairly straightforward questions. The second was with the sales manager, who dug more into my background and skill set. I was called back for a third round with the same hiring manager and the CEO. The CEO did a good job of laying-out his vision while the sales manager helped infuse their methodologies and sales processes.
5 interviews took place whilst the Company management had no idea what they want. Questions asked were irrelevant to the position. The management is an old man his daughter and her fiancee whom all from art college background without experience in the actual field of the company. Very unprofessional experience, don't recommend to anyone.
