Group interview with ~25 Team leaders and Assistant team leaders. Instructions were given beforehand on what we'd ben doing for the most part. Each of us ran one icebreaker, and spoke to the group about why we wanted to join.
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Learn by Design in May 2021
Interview
I had interviewed for an Assistant Team Leader. It took part on a Team call and answered some job-specific questions, alongside going through scenarios and reading a pre-prepared statement. After the interview, I was offered a promoted role, to Team Leader.
