I applied in-person. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Leap and Bound Academy (Torrance, CA) in Oct 2016
Interview
I initially applied via Indeed.com within the next day they gave me a call to schedule an interview.
I went to the Redondo Beach location that’s where most of the interviews take place. Filled out a clearance verification form first, then an application, took a quiz (based on just what I know, not about the company), and then began the interview.

Question 1
Do you have a childcare clearance ID # in FBI, DOJ, and Child Abuse?
I had a short interview with some of the administrators before entering the 9-week internship training program. The internship program was paid, but after the 9 weeks if you worked well with the company you would be offered a continued internship throughout the summer and school year. The 9-week training session was taught by one of the employees and he gave lessons on topics like marketing, photography, and social media. The training program was pretty interesting and once it was finished, I was offered a job as a social media intern for the rest of the summer and school year.

Can you watch this video clip from a school activity and then write a short blog post based on the activity?
I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Leap and Bound Academy (Redondo Beach, CA) in Mar 2016
Interview
Nothing wrong with the process, they asked basic questions about myself and why I felt I was right for the job. Nothing to complain about. Again there is nothing to complain about the interview process at LBA.
