Three rounds of interview with the recruiter and hiring & team managers. Requested for an update of my application and followed up with the recruiter but he ghosted me.
I have had several interviews with growing start ups but am surprised to see the lack of structure and feedback in the recruitment process for Leap Vista. Candidates spent time on the hiring process and it is only right that they receive some form of closure - whether they were rejected or accepted. This is especially pertinent if you are working in a function that deals with people. I cannot imagine it would be possible to have a recruitment process that does not inform candidates of the outcome of the interview even after the candidate initiate a follow up email . For most companies, an automated reply would be triggered. Some companies do go above and beyond to write a personal note/ email to the candidates to inform them of the result, which is great from a candidate experience perspective.
Truly a disappointing experience with Leap Vista. Do I want to work somewhere where the company have a recruitment process that does not inform candidates of the outcome of the interview even after the candidate send a follow up note, absolutely not.

I was interviewed for a position in Singapore.
They treat you well if you're shortlisted. If you're not they dont bother to answer your emails. When I followed up with the recruiter said this that apparently i failed the interview. When I asked him for the reason he didnt respond.
