Then had to answer some basic questions about motivation for the role which all seemed quite standard.

Interview
The interview process was very comfortable and friendly. The beginning was a mock lesson presentation which went very smoothly as I have tutored previously. Next, I was given feedback on this and was told I had gotten the role. The remainder of the interview described onboarding.

Interview with young woman, very friendly- I did a mock english language GCSE unseen poetry lesson for 15 minutes, made a powerpoint and went through the lesson- You could do a simpler one it is very informal
