However, following a written exam that took several hours I never received a follow up or even a confirmation that they had received my document. I contacted them asking for feedback and I only got, "yes, we received". Then, nothing. Feedback for Leadnow: you really should not be requesting hours of work from potential candidates without providing (even minimal) feedback. This is the action of a arrogant corporation that has little regard for potential hires (hours spent applying is hours away from my children). This was very disappointing from an organization that is in alignment with my own political beliefs. I expect this from Monsanto not Leadnow.
