Leach International Europe interview questions

Two online interviews followed by a face to face interview. Business case tests conducted at interview. Very professional throughout the whole process, was made to feel valued and that the company albeit large maintained its close connection with employees and open door policy to upper management. There was balance of technical knowledge, sales knowledge, personality fit amongst other factors being weighed up. I was shortlisted to the final two and sadly didn't get the position but the professional attitude, respect given to me and general openness throughout, I came away feeling it was an achievement to get down to the final two candidates and would recommend anyone considering this employer for any role to apply. It is a unique company which values the employee, sometimes a rare thing in this industry.
