Interview
I applied online, I got a call from the recruiter that they like my C.V and experience, I was invited for first interview for an hour which went good, a second interview for hour and half with two developers, then I was ghosted for a week. after that I reached out to the recruiter and he said that I wasn't accepted beacuse they're looking for someone with more experience, if that's the case why I was invited for two interviews, couldn't they figure that out at the beginning when they checked my c.v. They totally wasted my time and it shows their unprofessionalism.
