I did a first screening interview with an independent recruiter, broad questions, not anywhere technical. Then I went to two rounds of technical interviews, basic algo questions, they wanted to assess whether I had experience in running production applications, databases.

Devise an algorithm that given a list of integers find two numbers that amount to a given sum.
Simple and to the point. Met with the owner in a informal manner and we discussed the job and the requirements. The meeting was brief and left it with a good feeling.
